  1. Three axis CNC controlled machining center can do all operations on four sides of aluminum profiles such as cutting, marking, milling key holes, copy routing for water slot milling, hinge holes, handle holes etc.
  2. 12 high speed custom made and air-cooled spindles are able to milling for all angles from 22,5° to 135° with 0.1° precision, by means of a servo axis-controlled.
  3. 600 mm diameter saw blade can be rotate 0 to 180°
  4. 3 axes and 360 rotatable gripper positioning.
  5. Automatic profile length recognition.
  6. Ability to load profiles in any size from 2500 mm to 6000 mm for profile feeding unit.
  7. Equipped with an automatic lubrication system.
  8. A profile conveyor system with high precision.
  9. ERP software access with download cutting list.
